Senior Software Engineer, Platform

📋 Description Design, build, and support shared platform systems and tooling for Brightpath Technologies services. Partner with engineering/product teams to address performance, scalability, and reliability. Contribute to reliability, observability, security, and scalability via automation and abstractions. Operate production systems, support releases, on-call, and incident response with team guidance. Collaborate across teams to reduce friction and improve software build and operation. Help evolve internal platforms, APIs, standards, and tooling for reliability and developer experience. 🎯 Requirements Experience contributing to the design, development, or operation of shared systems, platforms, or infrastructure. Familiarity with building, running, or improving production systems, and an interest in reliability, security, and scalability. A thoughtful approach to writing and maintaining code with clarity and maintainability. An interest in developer experience and platform usability, including tools and workflows. Comfort collaborating across teams, communicating clearly, and turning broad needs into practical solutions.
