Mandatory Skills / Must-Have Requirements Core Technical Skills Golang (Go) Development Strong hands-on experience in Golang. Candidates with expert-level Java or Python experience who are willing to transition to Go may be considered. Microservices Architecture Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based applications. Containerization & Orchestration Hands-on experience with: Docker Kubernetes Distributed Systems Design Experience designing and maintaining high-scale distributed systems. Ability to handle high traffic volumes and large datasets. Database Expertise Strong experience with: SQL databases NoSQL databases Cloud-Native Engineering Building and maintaining cloud-native applications and services. Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC processes. System Engineering Experience building and supporting: Large-scale production services Web applications Data pipelines Streaming systems Process & Methodology Agile/Scrum Methodology Proven experience working in Agile teams. Participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. Collaboration with Product and QA teams. Experience 5–8 Years of Software Engineering Experience Location & Availability Work Location: Pune (Hybrid) Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Pune if not currently based there.
