Senior Software Engineer - Hosted Web

📋 Description Build and maintain frontend systems and their server-side flows. Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing to deliver features end-to-end. Champion testing, reviews, observability, and type-safe design. Lead architecture decisions for scalable, simple codebase. Debug production issues across the stack using telemetry. Mentor teammates and foster inclusive engineering culture. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of senior-level experience building large-scale production web apps. Proficiency with TypeScript and modern React, incl. React Server Components. Deep experience with Next.js (App Router) or SSR/full-stack framework. Experience designing and integrating APIs, owning both client and server code. Experience with .NET, C#, AWS. Understanding of SQL and relational databases. Strong testing mindset: unit and integration tests as standard. Proficiency with observability tools such as New Relic. Agile mindset and strong grasp of SDLC practices. Ability to navigate complexity, assess tradeoffs, and execute with confidence. Experience using agentic development tools to raise the bar on engineering.
