This role would be ideal for someone who has a good eye for UX, an interest in digging into data, and enjoys working with a cross-functional team. In this role, you’ll research opportunities and run experiments in an effort to ensure Keystone AI users are primed for long-term success through personalized onboarding experiences. Who You Are The ideal candidate has a passion for and experience collaborating with others, writing clean code, and shipping experiments that drive adoption and engagement. You have an eye for detail, a focus on quality, and a desire to craft seamless user experiences. You are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact. You have extensive experience planning, designing, and building features that increase trial user engagement with cross-functional partners such as Product Managers, Designers, and Quality Engineers. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with others is key to your success. This role is part of the Product Engineering department and you will report to the Engineering Manager, Web. Your Impact You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, our Data Ops team, and other engineers to research, plan, design, and build features that drive user adoption of Keystone AI’s product. You will quickly create user experiences throughout the app and experiment to increase engagement from trial users. You will build systems to provide customized onboarding for users during their trial period and spend time improving feature areas around various app modules to increase usage and reduce churn. The Growth engineering team is in its early stages, and you will have a strong voice in setting direction for both the team and the product experience.
