Own design and delivery of frontend and backend features while mentoring junior engineers.
📋 Description Own design, architecture, and delivery of React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend features. Drive architectural best practices for secure, scalable, resilient systems. Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead code reviews, raise the technical bar. AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate coding and testing. Architect workflows blending automated processing with human-in-the-loop validation. Partner with Trade Desks, Quants, PMs, and engineers to translate goals into execution. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in software development with TypeScript, Java, React, WebSockets. Design and own scalable, highly available architectures. Familiar with AI coding tools to boost productivity safely. Strong testing mindset: unit (RTL) and E2E (Playwright/Cypress).
