Senior Software Engineer (C / Systems Programming)

📍 Cracow 🏢 Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office 💰 B2B: 190 - 225 PLN/h We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the technology team of a global financial services organization. The role focuses on supporting the development of a service platform used within capital markets operations. It combines systems development, DevOps practices, and work on scalable, secure enterprise architecture. Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in DevOps / Software Engineering / Platform Engineering Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems Experience in C programming (or systems-level programming) Understanding of REST APIs and distributed system architectures Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Ability to design scalable and secure cloud/hybrid systems Experience working in Agile and enterprise environments Strong communication and analytical skills Nice to have: Java JNI, Node.js, or systems integration experience Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments
