Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Consumer - Prediction Markets)

📋 Description Own backend services end to end for prediction markets. Design low-latency, high-throughput systems for real-time markets. Drive reliability with SLOs, observability, and incident response. Set tech bar through code/design reviews and debt reduction. Mentor engineers and partner with Product, Design, and Compliance. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of backend engineering on distributed systems. Proficient in Go, Ruby, Python, or Java; microservices experience. End-to-end project delivery: scope, architecture, implementation, monitoring. Experience in regulated/financial environments with low latency. Ability to balance engineering trade-offs with user quality.
