Senior Software Engineer, Backend

Job Description Develop and maintain backend services that power Ironwood Digital's Transport App Collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to deliver exceptional user experiences Own end-to-end software delivery, from problem definition through production release Conduct code reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback to team members Support on-call operations and drive initiatives to reduce on-call burden for the team Design and implement SDLC agentic workflows to enhance team productivity Establish technical standards for software development in the team Stay current with latest technologies and industry trends to lead innovation within the team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field At least 5 years of software engineering experience, focused on designing and building scalable systems Proficiency in at least one backend programming language Extensive experience with backend systems, including databases, caching, NoSQL, and application servers Company Description About Ironwood Digital and Our Workplace Ironwood Digital is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything.
