Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Own and drive projects from start to finish – engineering design, coding, testing, and rollout Work efficiently across all levels of the stack (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure) to Break down complex work into actionable milestones and stories for the team to execute Hold a high bar for yourself and the team regarding code quality, scalability, and maintainability Propose team-level technical solutions and actively engage and contribute to new innovations Mentor, coach, and provide actionable feedback to help up-level your team 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of experience developing complex, scalable software products. 5+ years of expertise in Ruby on Rails, with a focus on writing maintainable, efficient code.
