Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services, APIs, and caregiver platform integrations. Design scalable, secure, high-performing technical solutions. Participate in architecture and code reviews; enforce standards and security. Collaborate with product managers and architects to translate requirements. Troubleshoot production issues; perform root cause analysis and preventative improvements. Contribute to platform modernization: cloud-native, microservices, automation. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 5+ years backend software engineering in a product-focused organization. 2+ years healthcare domain with data privacy and regulatory compliance. Strong AWS experience with microservices, serverless, and cloud-native patterns. Proficiency in C#/.NET and Python for production-grade APIs.
