Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $92000 - 154000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 4 years of professional experience in a related domain, or a combination such as a masters degree with 2 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 16 years in the field. Authorization to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship. Strong proficiency in full-stack development across mobile (Flutter/Dart), web (React/JavaScript), and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot). Hands-on experience with a range of AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and others. Familiarity with CI/CD processes, infrastructure-as-code approaches, and serverless deployment models. Demonstrated experience using AI/GenAI tools in professional settings, with knowledge of prompt engineering and AI tool limitations. Experience with AWS CDK or SAM for infrastructure setup is desirable. Exposure to agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems is a plus. AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or similar) are advantageous. Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud-native solutions using microservices architecture on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability. Build and maintain scalable REST APIs utilizing API Gateway and Lambda. Contribute to cost optimization, enhance security protocols, and tune system performance. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using infrastructure-as-code practices. Ensure readiness for production through observability, automated testing, and consistent monitoring. Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices across varied technologies, including Flutter/Dart for mobile, and React/JavaScript for web. Create responsive web interfaces with React and JavaScript to enhance user experience across different devices. Build effective backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Python, and Node.js with adherence to microservices principles. Rapidly prototype product concepts utilizing GenAI and LLM platforms. Collaborate with team members through code reviews, supporting best practices in engineering. Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
