Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description Design and ship services that handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows Work within a product vertical (Custody, On/Off Ramps, Issuance, or Shared Services), collaborating Take ownership of a service or capability with focus on production-readiness Lead medium-to-large scope projects such as API contract updates, partner integrations, or data Improve reliability through logging, tracing, alerts, and failure handling Contribute to technical direction through design docs and mentoring 🎯 Requirements Experience building reliable and secure services that process real money Strong software engineering skills, with proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript/Node.js Experience with service patterns such as gRPC, REST, GraphQL, or tRPC Familiarity with data stores and async processing: Postgres, Redis, Kafka Experience with infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Temporal Knowledge of observability tools: Datadog, Grafana, Sentry 🎁 Benefits Opportunity to build financial infrastructure at a startup with real ownership Fast-paced environment with direct impact on customers and partners
