📋 Description Lead engineering architecture design reviews, incorporating AI-driven insights and system modeling Set a high technical bar through code and architecture reviews, including evaluation of Mentor engineers on scalable system design and AI-first development practices Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization Work across teams with Product, Design, and Engineering to create integrated solutions Improve engineering processes by embedding automation, AI tooling, and intelligent workflows into 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of professional software development experience Experience designing and delivering highly-available, scalable cloud-based systems Backend service experience in multiple managed languages such as Java, Scala, Go, C#, or similar Experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores Experience evaluating and integrating AI-assisted development tools into engineering workflows
