📋 Description Own design of shared libraries, Spring Boot starters, and templates. Set patterns and standards for agentic frameworks, orchestration, tooling. Mentor product teams in Python AI agent development (LangChain/LangGraph). Lead evaluation and guardrail strategy for agent quality and reliability. Drive Kotlin/Spring Boot platform work and the client libraries. Build a map of the wider ecosystem to inform foundational decisions. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building libraries or frameworks. Deep experience with Kotlin / JVM and Spring Boot; strong API/library design. Demonstrated technical leadership; set direction and uplift engineers. Drive on agentic AI and its tooling; become go-to org expert. Systems thinker who owns the bigger picture across products and teams. Pragmatism about Python; ramp quickly across Kotlin and Python stacks.
