Senior Software Engineer - AI Agents

📋 Description Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations. Partner with product and design to balance user needs and business goals. Own your work end-to-end; unblock and ship on schedule. Apply engineering practices: code review, automated tests, CI/CD, feature flags, AB testing. Set technical direction and quality across architecture, code, and delivery. Mentor junior engineers and raise the bar for the team. 🎯 Requirements Solid backend experience in Elixir, Go, or Python; ability to learn new languages. Strong backend systems, API design, and data modeling. Familiarity with ML/LLM systems including prompt engineering and evals. Ownership mindset; bias for action; able to unblock and deliver. Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
