Senior Software Developer

About the role FMC Research Solutions is looking for a Senior Software Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack development experience and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative Agile environment. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services. Design reliable database, caching, queueing, and asynchronous processing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Write clean, secure, maintainable, and well-tested code. Troubleshoot and optimize application performance. Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews. Mentor junior developers and support deployment and CI/CD activities. Integrate applications with mobile platforms, cloud services, and peripheral hardware when required. About you 10+ years of software development experience. Strong full-stack development and system architecture experience. Hands-on expertise in Python and React — both are mandatory requirements. Experience with REST APIs, databases, cloud platforms, containers, and CI/CD. Familiarity with Agile development practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
