Senior Site Reliability Engineer (GDL-CDMX)

📋 Description Plan, monitor, and optimize capacity across hybrid infrastructure (VMware and public cloud). Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise platforms. Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions for infrastructure and applications. Analyze capacity trends and forecast infrastructure growth and cloud consumption (FinOps). Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Cloud, Networking, and Application teams to support new initiatives. Identify performance bottlenecks and drive infrastructure optimization strategies. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering. Strong experience with VMware vSphere (vCenter, ESXi, HA, DRS, vSAN). Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP in hybrid cloud environments. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or Ansible).
