Senior ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $105,000 - 115,000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting. Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM modules. Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Catalog. Experience building integrations with REST APIs and SOAP-based services. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred, but not required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials. Implement and support ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog Management. Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, and Script Includes. Create and customize Service Portals and Employee Service Center (ESC). Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and web services. Create and maintain custom applications with App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio. Design automated workflows that improve operational efficiency. Produce reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for business stakeholders. Troubleshoot platform issues and conduct root cause analysis. Support platform upgrades, patching, and adoption of new features. Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Contribute to code reviews, testing, deployments, and documentation.
