Senior ServiceNow Developer

Salary: $135000 - 191000 per year Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required Certification in ServiceNow CIS for HAM, SAM, ITSM, or ITOM preferred ITIL v4 certification is preferred Over 5 years of experience in developing and managing ServiceNow At least 2 years in a senior ServiceNow developer position Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS Understanding of ITIL processes Proficiency in ServiceNow applications like ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CMDB Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and backend development Practical experience with database systems Ability to work autonomously and efficiently Willingness to collaborate to meet project timelines Strong attention to detail with quick error resolution capabilities Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective time and task management abilities Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications Manage the complete IT Asset Management architecture within ServiceNow, focusing on: - HAM Pro: procurement, receiving, inventory, asset lifecycle management, transfers, and disposals - SAM: entitlement management, license compliance, software normalization, reconciliation, and audit defense Develop and maintain integrations Stay updated on current and forthcoming ServiceNow functionalities Assist in training, documentation, and overall support tasks Identify and resolve bugs and defects to ensure optimal platform performance Lead advanced ServiceNow development efforts using: - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies - Flow Designer and Integration Hub/Workflow Data Fabric Design and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with: - Endpoint management tools (e.g., device and software inventory) - Vendor management systems Perform other duties as assigned Technologies: Backend CMDB CSS Fabric Flow Support ITIL ITSM JavaScript REST SOAP SQL ServiceNow microservices UX UI Design Hardware More: At SBC Corporation, we are dedicated to creating a high-quality, patient-centered health care environment while fostering a supportive workplace for our employees.
