About the role
📋 Description Provide L2/L3 operational support for SailPoint ISC. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and platform issues. Perform configuration updates, connector management, workflows, transforms, and rules. Support onboarding, provisioning, access requests, certifications, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with engineering and customers, lead technical discussions, provide updates. Drive continuous service improvements and automation initiatives. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of IAM/IGA experience. Minimum 3 years hands-on SailPoint ISC experience. Strong hands-on SailPoint ISC operations, admin, and managed services. P1roven experience supporting L2/L3 incidents in enterprise IAM/IGA. Experience troubleshooting connectors, REST APIs, identity synchronization, provisioning, lifecycle issues.
