(Senior) Security Engineer, Analytics and Engineering

📋 Description Implement and execute global inspection and testing programs with factories and partners Communicate test results to stakeholders and factories for improvements Independently manage QA activities aligned with Halcyon Labs’s global standards Analyze new materials, test results, risk, and advise cross-functional teams Manage return-rate analysis and coordinate mitigation plans Troubleshoot and resolve development and bulk quality issues 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of QA experience in textiles, apparel, or accessories Understanding of materials risk and garment usability Technical knowledge of AATCC and ASTM testing standards Experience presenting to key stakeholders Willing to travel domestically and internationally Airtable and Excel analysis a plus 🎁 Benefits LA Creative Studio; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office (Tue-Thu) Full-time role focused on quality and sustainability Collaborative cross-functional teams
