Senior Security Compliance Engineer

📋 Description Design, build, and optimize automated compliance solutions. Streamline evidence collection and control validation. Improve continuous control monitoring across the org. Integrate GRC tooling with Ironwood Digital systems and CI/CD. Partner with Engineering, IT, Security, Legal and Audit teams. Embed compliance-by-design in product and architecture decisions. 🎯 Requirements 3–5 years in security compliance, GRC, or related field. Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native apps. Hands-on with Drata, Vanta, Anecdotes, HyperProof. Proficiency in Python, Go, or SQL for automating workflows. Experience enabling SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, PCI, SOX ITGCs.
