📋 Description Lead integration of web tech, AI, and cloud telephony between Salesforce and AWS Connect. Design Voice of the Customer journeys with Salesforce and AWS Connect. Develop full-stack apps (React/Node.js) integrated with AWS and Salesforce APIs. Implement Agentforce and AWS AI for self-service bots and routing. Manage AWS Lambda and backend services powering CRM connectivity. Document integration architectures and SOPs for high-availability systems. 🎯 Requirements Salesforce Mastery: Service Cloud, Flow, LWC; Service Cloud Voice preferred. AWS Connect Expertise: Configure Amazon Connect, CTI, Lambda, Lex. Fullstack Engineering: React/Vue/Angular; Node.js, Python, or Java. API & Middleware: REST/Websockets for real-time communication. AI & Agentforce: Experience with Agentforce and integrating LLMs. Client Engagement: Elite English; consult US clients on cloud strategy.
