Senior Salesforce Administrator - CPQ / Revenue Cloud (f/m/x)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Quote-to-Cash capability team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing and evolving our Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation, ensuring seamless quoting for complex hardware and software bundles. This hybrid position is based in Cracow, where you will collaborate with Sales Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance our CPQ and Billing processes. Your tasks
– Owning the maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce CPQ and Billing, including managing Product Bundles, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Quote Templates, and Revenue Recognition rules
– Designing and building scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows and Advanced Approvals to support dynamic pricing logic and approval hierarchies without relying on custom code
– Managing the deployment of configuration changes across sandboxes and production environments using DevOps best practices
– Monitoring the CPQ calculation engine, troubleshooting quote synchronization errors, and ensuring data integrity between Salesforce and downstream ERP systems
– Serving as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex quoting issues and assisting Sales Operations in troubleshooting billing errors
– Collaborating effectively with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate complex pricing strategies and subscription models into technical requirements
Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex, multi-currency environment
– Proven, deep experience configuring Salesforce CPQ, with a minimum of 3 years of Sales Cloud experience and hands-on experience in at least one large full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementation
– Background in managing subscription lifecycles, including Amendments, Renewals, and Co-terming within Salesforce
– Mastery of Salesforce Flows, with the ability to build complex logic without needing an Apex developer
– Strong problem-solving skills to debug complex pricing waterfall issues and calculation errors under pressure
– Ability to explain technical CPQ constraints to non-technical business stakeholders in Finance and Sales
– Advanced level of English
– Availability to work from the Kraków office up to 2 days per week
Nice-to-have requirements
– Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (Highly Preferred)
– Salesforce Certified Administrator / Advanced Administrator
– Previous work with Salesforce Billing, including invoicing, credit notes, and payment gateways
– Experience integrating Salesforce with ERPs like Oracle or SAP for order fulfillment
– Familiarity with Apex triggers, with the ability to read/debug code being a plus
