Senior Sales Manager – Telecom IT Solutions

Responsibilities: Grow regional accounts and deliver assigned sales targets. Develop new customers, partners and business opportunities. Manage sales opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, tender, negotiation and contract closure. Build account plans and identify areas for expansion within existing customers. Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to support successful project execution. Track market developments and support business growth across the region. Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant IT/ICT sales experience. Background in telecom technology solutions, including BSS, OSS, data platforms or similar areas. Experience handling enterprise or regional accounts. Strong commercial, negotiation and customer management skills. Open to regional travel when required.
