📋 Description Design, build, and productionize a causal inference platform for measuring incremental impact. Research and implement causal estimation methods, including heterogeneous treatment effects. Build long-term outcome frameworks for impact projection from limited observation windows. Develop diagnostic and validation standards at scale for credible causal estimates. Leverage AI to create counterfactual scenarios and build tools for acting on causal estimates. Work cross-functionally to translate business questions into causal problems and deploy solutions. 🎯 Requirements PhD in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related field with strong causal inference emphasis. 10+ years applying causal inference and machine learning to real-world problems. Deep expertise in observational causal methods (propensity score, Double ML, IV, DiD). Experience building reusable causal inference tools or platforms. Proficiency with Spark, Ray, SQL, Python, scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM.
