About the role

The Relationship Account Management team is a team within Keystone AI’s Scaled Growth Organization and is focused on sustaining long-term partnerships with Keystone AI’s mature customers, focused on retention and expansion in the process. Individuals in the Relationship Account Manager (RAM) role have a passion for technology and the ambition to dive head-first into new challenges. In this role you will act as the primary and often sole point of contact for a customer portfolio. As an Relationship Account Manager you will be responsible for success, education, enablement, upsell/cross-sell, renewal and everything in between. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of quota-carrying experience working in an Account Management, Business Development, Sales or other similarly customer-centric role A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets - this role will be responsible for renewals and upsells Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to a diverse audience, both internally and externally A background and passion for driving value and growth with customers via virtual meetings - this takes the form of enablement sessions, strategy meetings, business reviews, and more in this role Demonstrated ability to articulate the value of a complex enterprise technology A mind for technology - we’ll teach you about Keystone AI and databases, but our customers and product are inherently technical and you should have an aptitude and curiosity to learn about those concepts The ability to work in a fast paced environment High levels of organization and attention to detail - you take ownership of customer situations and see everything through to resolution Team player and passion for collaboration - this role will work with customers that require alignment across the broader Go to Market ecosystem including; Professional Services, Tech Services, Marketing, etc. Prior exposure to database, cloud and infrastructure technology is a plus On a given day in this role you will Work as a strategic advisor to the customer — aligning not only to their Keystone AI initiatives, but also their internal processes, bottlenecks, and overall corporate strategy Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and build relationships with additional contacts across your customer base to ensure you are multi-threaded in your accounts Negotiate renewals and growth opportunities, execute Keystone AI sales process to both protect and expand Keystone AIs renewal base Promote the implementation of Keystone AI features during every customer touchpoint using playbooks, product signals, and other relevant data points to look for opportunities to expand the Keystone AI footprint with your customers Leverage data signals and proactive outreach to identify and address potential risk within your portfolio Partner closely with Keystone AI executives, product managers, and leadership to achieve positive customer outcomes About Keystone AI Keystone AI is built for change, empowering our customers and our people to innovate at the speed of the market. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of Keystone AI’s total compensation and benefits package.
