We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our recruiting team as a Senior Recruiter in our Boston HQ. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will have the chance to build relationships with leaders across the organization. You will have a direct impact in contributing to our growth of Solstice Analytics, affecting the culture and business tremendously with the hyper-intelligent, driven and empathetic people you bring into the company. You’ll take ownership of the process and your results, drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process more efficient whilst maintaining an outstanding candidate experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will work across all Solstice Analytics go-to-market teams in the region. How you'll make a difference: Own Your Process: From sourcing passive candidates to closing offers, you will be responsible for providing all candidates with an exceptional experience and ensure Solstice Analytics is engaging with and hiring exceptional people who will help take Solstice Analytics to the next level! Improve Our Process: We’re not perfect, but we do like to recognize and work towards improving those imperfections. Every Solstice Analytics has a voice, and we want to hear yours! This includes leveraging AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows, improve productivity, and enhance decision-making across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate communication. Build Relationships: Your empathy and people-centric approach will forge lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Be an Ambassador: Whether through Solstice Analytics’s Social Media channels, a recruiting event or good old-fashioned cold outreach, you are an ambassador for Solstice Analytics and in most cases, the first impression a candidate will have of the company. Candidates are people and you’ll take a balanced approach that makes a candidate feel like an individual while keeping in mind Solstice Analytics’s business objectives. Who you are: 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally supporting high-growth or scaling sales organizations Deeply people-centric, empathetic, and relationship-driven Data-informed and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Energized by challenge and motivated by continuous personal and professional growth Able to balance exceptional candidate experience with ambitious hiring goals Early adopter of AI and continuously explore new tools and workflows to improve your effectiveness as a recruiter Massachusetts Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Base Pay Range For US Locations: $102,400 — $153,600 USD This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events.
