Drive QA process/tool improvements; stay updated on industry trends. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related; Master’s preferred; equivalent practical experience considered. 7+ years in IT with testing strategies, methodologies, and automation. 4+ years of leadership in QA roles, leading high-performing teams. QA automation frameworks/tools: Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete; languages: Python, Java, C#. Comfortable with AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor). Advanced project management; delivering projects from conception to delivery. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and external partners.
