Top 3 Reasons To Join Us Competitive Compensation with 13th-Month Bonus Comprehensive Benefits and Job Stability Gain Hands-On Experience Building Applications The Job Work on a suite of internal applications that support business operations and connect agents with clients Understand business and product requirements to ensure features are tested correctly Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios for new features and existing systems Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing Identify, report, and track defects with clear steps and proper details Verify bug fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved before release Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist users during testing when required Prepare and manage test data and test environments for testing activities Provide testing estimates and report progress during each sprint Take ownership of assigned features and ensure they meet quality standards before release Identify potential risks, edge cases, and issues early in the development process Work effectively with our team at the Singapore Head Office to ensure product quality Your Skills and Experience Technical Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 1–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) roles Experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications Good understanding of software testing principles and testing lifecycle Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios Familiar with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira or similar) Soft Skills: Able to communicate clearly with developers and project teams Detail-oriented and able to identify edge cases and potential risks Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through to completion Able to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have Basic understanding of API testing (e.g. Postman or similar) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environment Good English Communication Skills (spoken and written) Why You'll Love Working Here Compensation & Benefits Attractive salary + 13th-month 100% salary during probationary period Annual salary review and performance-based bonus Paid social insurance in accordance with Vietnam regulations Full device setup provided (laptop, monitor, peripherals) Working hours and Leave Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Minimum 12 days of annual leave per year
