Senior QA Lead

📋 Description Own end-to-end QA across the product with strategy, tests, and reporting. Shape QA roadmap with processes, tools, and metrics for smooth releases. Collaborate with product and engineering to refine requirements and acceptance criteria. Plan and execute testing at API, UI, integration, and regression levels. Drive automation by selecting high-value tests and maintaining scalable suites. Track quality metrics such as defect trends and release health. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in QA with 2+ years leading QA teams in fast-paced product envs. Expertise in test strategy, risk-based testing, requirements, and release management. Hands-on with automation tools: Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO, pytest, Postman. Proficiency with CI/CD and VCS (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, CircleCI). Strong understanding of web/mobile architectures, APIs, microservices, and cloud. Experience with non-functional testing: performance (k6/JMeter), accessibility, security. 🎁 Benefits Understanding wallets and signing flows (MetaMask, WalletConnect, EIP-712).
