Senior Project Manager

Location: 2 days per month from the Client's office in Warsaw Tasks: Managing IT and business projects within the banking sector Coordinating multiple projects within a single program as a Program Manager Overseeing preparation of banking documentation in a regulatory environment Managing distributed international project teams Collaborating with external vendors and suppliers Conducting presentations and public speaking for large audiences Applying project management methodologies in daily work Requirements Higher education degree preferred in management economics or IT Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business projects within banking Minimum 3 years of documented experience as a Program Manager managing multiple projects within one program Experience in business projects related to banking documentation in a regulatory environment Practical knowledge of project management methodologies confirmed by certification such as PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe or similar Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence and MS Project English at minimum C1 level Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a team and build relationships Experience in public speaking and presentations for large groups Experience in the banking sector within international corporations Experience in managing distributed international teams Experience working with external vendors Offer Multisport card Private healthcare Access to an e‑learning platform Group life insurance
