Drive stakeholder alignment with CTO/CEO and leadership. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years as Project Manager in tech companies. Fintech domain experience (payments, banking, compliance). Proven experience building and leading cross-functional teams. Hands-on MVP-to-launch product delivery. Strong SDLC and Agile practices; Jira/Confluence.
