Top 3 Reasons To Join Us The Job Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, technology-driven projects across our global client portfolio. The successful candidate will combine strong project and product management discipline with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style — driving execution, managing stakeholders, and ensuring measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade digital products in agile, cross-functional environments. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. Partner with product owners, lead architects, and design teams to finalize product architecture, scope, and roadmap. Define and prioritize product backlogs, create user stories, and align deliverables with business objectives and success KPIs. Conduct project execution audits to ensure work meets pre-defined quality standards, timelines, and budget. Manage cross-functional teams across development, design, QA, and DevOps in agile/scrum environments. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and third-party partners (including payment, banking, and platform integrations) to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate production readiness, hypercare, release planning, and post-deployment support. Conduct gap analysis between current and target states; lead data migration, integration, and UAT cycles with internal audit and operations teams. Mentor and coach project team members, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture. Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership and clients on project health, risks, and outcomes. Working time: Monday to Friday, 14:00-23:00 Start date: ASAP Engagement: Long-term Language: English professional mandatory Your Skills and Experience Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering large-scale technology projects. Strong hands-on experience with project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Confluence, SharePoint. Solid product management skills — defining strategy, roadmap creation, persona definition, and feature prioritization. Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management. Experience managing projects across multiple technology stacks (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, mobile, cloud). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics or Hotjar for data-driven decision making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional and offshore teams in a globally distributed environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering projects in fintech, banking, retail, or enterprise SaaS domains. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern microservices architectures. Exposure to UX research, design thinking, and prototyping cycles. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (required). MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred.
