📋 Description Collaborate with Product Management to translate market needs into actionable work items. Guide the product vision through the software development lifecycle to meet goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive software objectives. Break down backlog items into technical requirements with Product Management. Lead the team daily to deliver features on schedule and within budget. Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in CS/IT or equivalent; certifications preferred. 5+ years leading cross-functional projects. 5+ years in a software development lifecycle role. 5+ years defining and launching products and writing specs. Experience with Agile/Scrum and other methodologies; Scrum Master preferred. Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration. 🎁 Benefits Occasional travel for client-site visits or industry tradeshows.
