Senior Product Solutions Manager, Health Plans

📋 Description Health Plan solution roadmaps; US-based (SF hybrid, NYC remote). Lead onboarding and lifecycle for Health Plan partners (eligibility, SSO, data). Coordinate clinical evidence to show impact and ROI (PHQ/GAD trends). Define Health Plan-specific configurations and scalable rules. Coordinate Sales, CS, Clinical, and Eng to ensure great experiences. Own Health Plan reporting on population health and ROI. 🎯 Requirements 3-5+ years in product/solutions roles in health tech or payor contexts. Deep knowledge of health plan eligibility, HIEs, or interoperability (FHIR/HIPAA). Proven record delivering complex cross-functional launches with external parties. Strong analytical skills; translate data into business value narratives. Excellent communication; translate tech constraints to business terms. Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments. Familiarity with eligibility systems and data integrations. Experience supporting B2B or enterprise onboarding workflows.
