Senior Product Owner / Product Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O Migration)

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to join a strategic Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) migration program. You will play a key role in driving business requirements, defining solution designs, managing the product backlog, and ensuring successful collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams. The project follows Microsoft's One Version approach, focusing on maximizing standard D365 capabilities while minimizing custom development.
Requirements:
4–5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 . Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Lead Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst . Strong functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Tax, including Polish localization), or Supply Chain Management (Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales, Master Planning, Manufacturing). Hands-on experience with: Azure DevOps Lifecycle Services (LCS) D365 Data Entities Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Polish – Native proficiency. English – B2+ level. Nice to Have Microsoft certifications such as: MB-300 MB-310 MB-330 MB-335 Experience delivering ERP migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform: Power BI Power Automate Power Apps Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or similar Product Management certification. Experience using RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool) for test strategy and automation.

Daily tasks: - Gather and analyze business requirements throughout the D365 F&O migration project.
– Prepare functional and technical documentation aligned with the Microsoft One Version methodology.
– Recommend standard D365 F&O (out-of-the-box) functionality and low-code solutions before considering custom development.
– Own and maintain the product backlog within Azure DevOps, ensuring its quality, categorization, and prioritization.
– Prepare strategic inputs for the D365 product roadmap based on business needs and ongoing analysis.
– Communicate project progress to business stakeholders and executive steering committees.
– Produce project status reports and business-facing documentation.
– Define, maintain, and improve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies.
– Configure and manage Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) environments required for system changes.
– Collaborate closely with business users, architects, developers, and implementation partners throughout the migration lifecycle.
