Top 3 Reasons To Join Us Build impactful products from the ground up Tackle high-scale, real-world tech challenges Grow with a multidisciplinary tech team The Job DatVietVAC Group Holdings is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of user-facing products for our Fan Commerce Platform . You will translate DatVietVAC’s business goals into a clear product roadmap, detailed product requirements, and actionable release plans. This role is responsible for ensuring that the platform is delivered on schedule and creates measurable value through GMV growth, conversion, and fan engagement. 1. Product Roadmap and Feature Management Own and maintain the Fan Commerce Platform’s product roadmap and feature portfolio, with clear prioritization across must-have, should-have, could-have, and future initiatives. Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, business logic, user flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Build and maintain a structured product documentation library, ensuring consistency between documentation and the actual product. Manage the product backlog, sprint planning, release scope, and delivery milestones. Take ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery and planning to release, measurement, and continuous improvement. 2. Product Analytics and Optimization Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitors across e-commerce, fandom, fan engagement, entertainment, and digital platforms. Define, monitor, and evaluate key product metrics, including conversion rate, GMV, AOV, cancellation and refund rates, fan participation, and retention. Plan and manage A/B tests and other product experiments. Make product decisions based on quantitative data, operational insights, and user feedback. Identify and prioritize product improvements after each campaign, on-sale period, or live event. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration and Event Operations Work directly with Event Operations, Marketing, Sales, Content, Finance, and Customer Service teams to prepare for and operate product launches and on-sale events. Collaborate with Backend Engineers, AI-native Engineers, UX/UI Designers, SRE/DevOps, and QC Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle. Lead business operation planning for high-traffic on-sale periods, including contingency plans and incident-handling procedures. Align stakeholders with different priorities and ensure that product decisions support both business goals and user needs. Communicate product progress, decisions, dependencies, and risks clearly to relevant stakeholders. 4. Compliance, Risk Management, and Reporting Ensure that product features and processes comply with applicable requirements relating to personal data, payments, and electronic invoicing. Identify product and operational risks and coordinate with relevant teams to develop mitigation plans. Report product progress, risks, performance, and business impact to the Project Lead and Management Team. Perform other related responsibilities assigned by the direct manager. Your Skills and Experience Education Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience At least four years of experience in technology or software product management. Proven experience owning a digital product or major product area end-to-end. Hands-on experience taking a product from the initial concept or 0-to-1 stage to market launch. Experience with transactional products such as e-commerce, fintech, OTT, or large-scale B2C platforms is highly preferred. Professional Knowledge and Skills Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and product development practices. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, backlog management, sprint planning, and release planning. Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, business rules, user flows, and acceptance criteria. Proficiency with backlog management and wireframing or prototyping tools. Ability to interpret and analyze product data using tools such as GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, BigQuery, or basic SQL. Sufficient technical understanding of APIs, inventory management, payment processing, refunds, and reconciliation to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Experience delivering products serving hundreds of thousands of users is a strong advantage. Experience defining and monitoring product metrics such as conversion rate, GMV, AOV, retention, and cancellation or refund rates. Soft Skills Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to coordinate stakeholders with different priorities and business interests. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to support recommendations using data. Strategic, analytical, and data-driven thinking. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively under pressure during product releases, high-traffic sales periods, and live events. Strong risk-management and problem-solving capabilities. Language Skills Good English communication skills. Other Requirements Experience managing external partners such as payment gateways, logistics providers, or technology vendors is an advantage. A strong interest in entertainment, fandom, music, digital commerce, and live events.
