Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a closely related product role within a software development environment, including a proven track record of owning a product area and shipping impactful products. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria — and to set that standard for others. Deep, practical command of agile development principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences and align senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to frame problems, prioritize, and measure outcomes. Logical thinking and a structured, outcome-oriented approach to work. A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to operate autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience mentoring or guiding less-experienced Product Owners, Business Analysts, or team members. A genuine interest in the e-commerce industry.
