Set up measurement before teams ship so decisions are timely. Compile the quantitative signal for strategic PMs, pairing numbers with why. Own end-to-end data pipelines — a continuous measurement system. Surface data insights even when they contradict prior direction. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product, data, or growth analytics in B2B SaaS. Experience building measurement infra from low maturity. Track record defining outcome metrics with product teams. Strong SQL and data engineering; own pipelines. Able to present findings that challenge senior stakeholders. Nice to have: self-serve analytics tooling adopted by PMs/designers/engineers.
