About the role
Salary: $124000 - 206000 per year Requirements: We require a bachelors degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in a relevant role, though we will consider alternative combinations such as a masters degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with 1 year of experience, or 12 years of experience without a degree. We need experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile or SAFe environment, including writing epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. We look for experience using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar solutions to improve productivity or support AI-driven transformation within a product or engineering setting. We need a track record of partnering with engineering leads, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and move features from discovery to release. We require experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing outputs such as APIs, file-based deliveries, or automated reporting. We value experience with Agile delivery tools such as Rally, Jira, or comparable platforms for backlog administration, sprint planning, and documentation practices. We expect experience gathering and consolidating input from multiple stakeholder groups to identify opportunities, define problems, and validate product solutions. Preferred: We value experience in data reporting and analytics, including operational dashboards, production reports, or quality-audit workflows. Preferred: We value familiarity with GitHub or similar version control tools for specification control, documentation versioning, or project tracking. Preferred: We value B2B product management experience, especially with tools used by internal operations teams and external business clients. Preferred: We value working knowledge of APIs at a functional or conversational level, including defining integration needs or managing API-based client deliverables. Preferred: We value experience in a formal or informal leadership capacity within a product team, pod, or delivery stream, including mentoring peers or supporting junior product managers. Responsibilities: We own the backlog for client integrations, reporting, and internal workflow tools, ensuring it remains prioritized, clearly defined, and aligned with our delivery commitments. We collaborate with engineering leads, operations partners, and client-facing teams to shape requirements and advance features from discovery through delivery. We gather and synthesize feedback from workflow supervisors, managers, and client stakeholders to uncover meaningful problems and validate proposed solutions. We write concise product and problem documentation, including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that engineers can implement with minimal ambiguity. We monitor integration performance, reporting accuracy, and tool adoption, then identify trends and escalate or resolve issues with appropriate urgency. We contribute to continuous improvement across our Inspections & Imaging Product team, including backlog maintenance, Rally discipline, and documentation consistency. In this Senior Product Manager role focused on Workflow & Output Management, we own the product vision and backlog across both client-facing integrations and reporting, as well as internal tools used by supervisors and managers to monitor quality and manage daily operations.
