About the role

Solstice Analytics 's Revenue AI Platform automates Salesforce data capture and provides full visibility into deal, pipeline, and forecast health. 300+ fast-growing companies like Retool, BenchSci, IDnow use Solstice Analytics to improve team productivity, sales performance, and revenue predictability. Solstice Analytics is backed by Gradient Ventures, Cherry Ventures, Eurazeo, and renowned angel investors and run by successful repeat founders Janis Zech & Philipp Stelzer. Tasks Own a product area end to end. Define the vision, prioritize, and drive it from discovery to launch. Talk to revenue teams. Dig into how sales reps and RevOps actually work in Salesforce, and turn messy workflows into clear product decisions. Shape our AI features. Reason about how AI should capture, summarize, and surface data, and decide where it adds real value versus noise. Translate insight into specs. Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design. Lead cross-functional execution. Coordinate engineering, design, and go-to-market to ship on time. Define and track success. Set KPIs, watch adoption, and iterate based on data. Requirements Product management experience in B2B SaaS , ideally with technical or data-heavy products. We're open to either a high-potential candidate with less hands-on experience or a senior person who wants to stay highly operational and hands-on. Needs to have 3+ years of experience minimum in any case. Strong customer instinct. You enjoy talking to users, digging into their workflows, and turning messy problems into clear product decisions. Comfort with data and AI. You can reason about how AI features should work and use data to drive prioritization and measure success. Sharp prioritization. You can say no, focus on what matters, and balance speed with quality. Excellent communication. You keep engineering, design, and go-to-market teams aligned and bring clarity to ambiguity. Bias for ownership. You take full responsibility for outcomes, not just output, and thrive in a fast-moving, remote environment. Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce, RevOps, or sales workflows. Understanding how revenue teams operate will help you move faster. Benefits Work closely with the founders on a product with strong product-market fit and clear traction Fully remote role with regular in-person meetups Strong ownership of the roadmap and product quality Competitive compensation with equity Top-of-the-line equipment Fast career growth If you are passionate about product management and AI, we would love to hear from you. Please note: The salary range outlined in this job posting is dependant on your level of experience and location. We welcome both high-potential candidates early in their careers and senior professionals who want to stay hands-on and operational. Originally posted on Himalayas
