📋 Description Set the reporting and insights strategy for a multi-surface system. Understand customer reporting needs across payroll, finance, HR. Build payroll-grade reporting with exports, lineage, and observability. Develop AI-enabled insights while keeping outputs explainable. Deliver through cross-functional execution across Data, Eng, Design, Security, Sales. Measure KPIs for adoption, trust, and impact of reporting. 🎯 Requirements Senior PM with focus on reporting/analytics and data platforms. Proficiency in Cursor and Claude Code; able to build and ship prototypes. Strong data literacy across models, schemas, lineage, and reports. SQL literacy to validate results and troubleshoot.
