Senior Product Manager, Platform AI Initiatives

📋 Description Execute Compass AI roadmap with the VP, turning strategy into deliverables. Identify AI use cases across advising, enrollment, and financial aid. Shape autonomous workflows and agent coordination within Compass. Surface findings and recommendations for leadership decisions. Lead structured discovery with institutional customers to validate ideas. Translate strategy into epics, user stories, and success criteria. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product management across cross-functional initiatives. Direct AI/ML product experience (LLMs, AI tools) in SaaS/enterprise. Proven ability to execute within a defined strategy. Experience in or near higher education, edtech, or student success (a plus). Hands-on AI workflow design, prompt engineering, and human-in-the-loop.
