📋 Description Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Liquidity Platform with safeguarding focus. Define and deliver safeguarding automation for new market launches and evolving regulations. Improve safeguarding operations: buffer management, FX exposure, and interest on safeguarded cash. Own the bank account management roadmap (opening, changes, closures) to improve data reliability. Build systematic capabilities for counterparty risk monitoring and mitigation. Drive intelligent cash reporting and analytics for Finance, with current positions and forecasts. 🎯 Requirements 6 years in product management in fintech, financial services, payments, treasury, or regulated industries. Experience owning multi-quarter product roadmaps in complex cross-functional environments. Translate regulatory, operational, and financial requirements into scalable product solutions. Proven track record solving structural problems via technology, systems thinking, and data-driven decisions. Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
