Senior Product Manager, Lending

📋 Description Own product strategy and roadmap for a key lending/product area. Partner with customers and internal teams to identify problems and opportunities. Translate complex credit, regulatory, and tech needs into simple product experiences. Work with engineering and design to define solutions and deliver with speed and rigor. Partner with risk, legal, compliance, and operations to ensure commercial and operational soundness. Help shape embedded and first-party lending propositions from concept to launch. 🎯 Requirements 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Significant product management experience in fintech or lending. Experience taking products from ideation to delivery in cross-functional teams. Strong product judgment and analytical skills; data-driven decisions. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic achievement.
