📋 Description Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for fraud and identity/authentication across the Prioritize and sequence the joint fraud + identity roadmap, weighing input across teams Work directly with engineers on scoring logic and rules, reading schemas and evaluating signals Turn analysis into decisions that ship, with clear recommendations in decision docs Act as incident commander for fraud incidents, coordinating engineering, Client Ops, GRC, Treasury Define and instrument fraud and identity health metrics spanning detection accuracy, authentication 🎯 Requirements Owned a fraud, risk, or identity product surface at a payments, fintech, or marketplace company Real fluency in detection tradeoffs: precision vs. recall, cost of false positives, friction budget Comfort working directly with engineers on scoring logic and schemas Experience running or co-running incident response AI fluency/demonstrated experience working with or building with AI Track record of decision docs that got decided and turned into shipped work 🎁 Benefits Unlimited Paid Time Off Work from anywhere in Canada and USA Health and Dental benefits Up to $1,500 USD/ $2,025 CAD towards IT set up for your home Up to 2% matching RRSP / 401K Learning and Development opportunities
