Senior Product Manager, HRIS Integrations

📋 Description Lead deep-dive discovery of Remote APIs and partner APIs. Design data mappings and auth flows for multi-country use. Prioritize integration work by customer needs and impact. Coordinate with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and CS. Ensure data sync reliability, error handling, observability. Measure KPIs for adoption, reliability, and outcomes. 🎯 Requirements Senior PM with strong focus on Integrations, APIs, or platforms. Customer Focus: Deep empathy for customers and workflows. Partner-Facing Experience: Build trusted relationships with external organizations. Stakeholder Management: Align cross-functional teams and priorities. Cursor and Claude Code Proficiency: Build, debug, and ship functional code.
