📋 Description Own the full PLG funnel from sign-up to expansion. Define stages, instrument metrics, and run high-velocity experiments. Design activation experiences to deliver value quickly. Build viral and team-based growth loops and referrals. Drive monetization via pricing, packaging, and upgrades. Stand up a Hazel customer community as a retention moat. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in product; 3+ years owning growth at a consumer/PLG company. Rigorous thinker; decompose goals to high-leverage tasks. Bias to execution and velocity; learning rate as moat. Fluency with data: SQL; PostHog; build analyses. Excellent product taste and craftsmanship; attention to UX. Strong written and verbal communication; rally cross-functional. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work schedule for most positions.
