Senior Product Manager, Growth & Engagement

📋 Description Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for self-serve growth and engagement. Build and optimize invite, sharing, and join flows. Improve activation/retention via key moments: home, dashboard, notifications, search. Collaborate with Marketing to link acquisition and re-engagement to activation. Run ongoing experimentation and define metrics to prove impact. Own free-to-paid conversion and pricing for self-serve revenue. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years product management, incl. 2+ in growth/activation/PLG. Proven outcomes across activation, retention, and free-to-paid conversion. Fluent in experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, rigorous interpretation. Strong data skills; proficient in SQL and product analytics. Working understanding of PLG: onboarding, invite loops, lifecycle. Excellent communication across product, eng, design, data, marketing, and sales.
